Can We Talk is not a medical provider, therapy practice, crisis intervention service, or emergency response service.

User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or bully others
- Post hateful, discriminatory, or abusive content
- Encourage self-harm or violence
- Share illegal content
- Impersonate another person
- Attempt to disrupt platform operations
Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination.
User Content
Users retain ownership of content they create. By posting content on Can We Talk, users grant CWT permission to display and operate that content within the platform.
Community Safety
We reserve the right to review, remove, restrict, or report content that threatens user safety or violates these terms.
No Professional Advice
Information provided through Can We Talk is for informational and peer-support purposes only and should not replace advice from licensed professionals.
Limitation of Liability
Can We Talk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CWT shall not be liable for damages resulting from use of the platform.
